Ann is a managing partner with Owlish Labs, an organizational development consulting firm.
Before co-founding Owlish Labs, she worked with Goleman EI, where she developed the Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence courses and coach training programs in partnership with Daniel Goleman, Ph.D., author of the New York Times bestseller Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence: The New Science of Human Relationships. She is also a contributing author of the award-winning book, Advancing Relationship-Based Cultures.
She is an expert in emotional intelligence, leadership, and change. She translates the latest research into actionable professional and organizational growth strategies and interventions.
